Item Admin:
Create items to sell to individual customers on the Items Tab. You can also create Categories to organize how items are displayed on the Point of Sale and the Web Store, create Options to collect information on items in Item Admin.
Note: Options must be created prior to adding to specific items.
To begin, click Add Item then choose which type of item to create. The majority of items will be Products.
Item Types:
Membership- Used to sell ASB Cards and apply a discount (ie ASB Card holders). Must be added in Our School section.
Product – Track inventory or not.
Kit – Group items together for faster sales or to provide a discount.
Donation – Allows for editing amount donated.
Fee – Used for class fees. Can be sold on POS/web store.
Fine – Used to levy a fine only on a student record. See NSF section.
Equipment – Allows for checking in and out of equipment.
Textbook - Allows for checking in and out of books.
Record – Allows for entry of notes on a student record.
