Creating Categories
Use this feature to create categories to help organize how items are displayed on your POS and web store. They can also be edited/removed on this screen.
Go to Admin>Item Admin> Select Item Categories menu on the left. Click the Add button on the first screen to create a new Category.
1. Type in Category to display on screen.
2. Description is not required, but may be entered. This information is for information on this screen only.
3. Click Add to save Category.
Note: Categories may also be added on the fly when creating items - simply click the Create Category button within the item screen.
To edit/delete an existing category, click the desired category, highlight it, then click either Change or Remove buttons.
