All items you wish to allow students to make payments on must have Allow Payments box checked on Sales

Split

Use this feature on an item where the money collected is split between multiple Ledger Accounts.

Start in Item Admin on the Sales Info tab of the item.

Continue adding accounts until total Item amount is allocated. Click OK to save and continue with item set up.

Sales Limiters

A warning will pop up on the POS/Write New Receipt screen if limits are hit and user can choose to continue or remove items from sale. Limits will stop sales on the web store. Here is an example of a grade limit warning:
