Creating a Membership Item

Membership Items will allow for automatic ASB Card Holder Discounts.

Note: Only ASB Cards/Stickers that your school sells that give discounts on other items should be created as a “Membership” type item.

1.In Admin/Item Admin

2.Select Add Item

3.Select Membership as the Item type

5.Fill out required information (avoid entering an Effective date for this item)

6.Select Add New Membership

Once this Membership Item is sold the student will be automatically marked as an ASB Card Holder and will not have a green “ASB” tag when looking them up on Receipts (both ASBWorks/POS).

When sold to a student who has purchased this Membership Item, any items that you have setup an ASB Card Holder Discount will have the discount automatically applied.
