Making a Sale with Pace

Making a sale using the portable device PAX D210 or the wired device PAX S80.

•Make your sale on the Point of Sale and select the payment type “card”

•Enter the charge amount, once you hit enter you will see this screen;

You will then move to the credit card reader to swipe

•On the credit card reader itself, you will see the screen below, click

enter to start. Clicking enter is going to activate the reader

to search for the transaction that is on your Point of Sale screen

•You will see this screen and select enter on the card reader to

Begin the process

•You will then be prompted to insert, swipe, or manually enter the credit card number

•Upon completion of the above action you will receive a “successful” notification on the credit card reader screen

•You will then select “ok” on the Point of Sale screen

Your Point of Sale screen will retrieve the data and

Give you the Pay & Finish screen where you will select

“finish”, your receipt will now print out of your printer
