Registration Product Form

Registration Product Form:

The registration product form tool allows you to create order forms for students to purchase shirts, spirit wear, etc.

1. To create an order form, select the items to include in the order by checking the corresponding boxes on the right

2. Select "Print"

Select all items by clicking "Select all items". You can also clear your selection by clicking "Clear all selected items"

Note: To edit the registration form:

1. Open reg form created by ASBworks (it should open as a PDF)

2. Re-save the document as a PDF (it is currently a .aspx) file

3. Use this free PDF to Word doc converter https://www.pdftoword.com/

4. Edit text, then save/print to make sure it looks good/barcodes work if included
