Accounts to Site (District): Allows district users (with District Bookkeeper access)to create Ledger Accounts in the District site and then push them out to school sites as needed. The account will then appear in the selected school site(s) Account Admin and can be edited by either the District Bookkeeper or site Bookkeeper (depending on access granted).
1. Choose accounts by checking the boxes next to account name (or Select All).
2. Check box next to sites to move account out to that site's (or multiple sites) Account Admin (or Select All).
3. Click "Add to Site(s)" button.
